Bob Skillen, Chair
Bob Skillen recently concluded a nearly three-decade career at the University of New Brunswick. He began as Alumni Director and later served as inaugural Vice President Advancement. Bob adeptly managed essential relationships in this pivotal role, positioning UNB for strategic investments from students, alumni, donors, and corporate partners.
As Vice President, Bob oversaw a highly successful $125-million fundraising campaign, significantly contributing to the university's growth. His visionary leadership also led to establishing a modern marketing office and an office of strategic partnerships, elevating UNB's profile and impact. After stepping down as Vice President, Bob's last act at UNB was to work with Frank McKenna and UNB president Paul Mazerolle to launch the Frank McKenna Institute.
